How to Order


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

L&G Trading (Aust) ships Australia wide and we charge a flat rate for multiple items, so you can order as many products as you wish. If you spend over $150 in one transaction then your delivery will be FREE!

Courier Service, apart from small items our preferred shipping method is by Courier. If you prefer to use your own Courier Service then please do so and we will arrange to refund your shipping charge.

Australia Post will be used where the item is small or you direct us to ship by this method.

International orders please email us and we will provide you with a quote for postage and expected delivery times.

Local pick up is unfortunately unavailable at the moment due to our warehouse arrangements.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We understand that you would like your order dispatched as soon as possible, who doesn’t look forward to that package arriving on your doorstep.

Our dispatch operates Mon to Fri, we will endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days, you will need to allow 2 to 7 days for delivery to your door (International orders the exception).

If the item is out of stock we will notify you and you can decide if you want to wait for the item to come back into stock, or to receive a full refund of your payment.

Express Post is available, so please email us to arrange this if required.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International orders are welcome. Please email us should you wish your goods to be shipped internationally and we will provide you with a quote for postage and advise you of the approximate delivery times.

Can I Return A Product?

Simple answer is ‘You sure Can’

If the item is faulty or damaged it will be replaced quickly and at no extra expense to you, all our products carry a full unconditional 12 month guarantee.

If say you have changed your mind about the product, like wrong size, colour of type then we will be happy to exchange it or give you a full refund. Our goal is to be of service and make sure you are more than happy with your purchase.

The condition to the above is that the item is returned to us within 30 days from receipt of goods and it must be in its original packaging with the tags attached and have not been used, for more information please refer to the section Shipping & Returns Policy and read the paragraph on Returns.
